Revised Regional Framework for Achieving Development Resilient to Climate Change 2025-2035

The Revised Regional Framework for Achieving Development Resilient to Climate Change (2025–2035) outlines the Caribbean Community’s strategic response to the intensifying impacts of climate change. Developed by the Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre (CCCCC) through extensive consultation with CARICOM Member States, this updated framework sets out 11 Strategic Elements and related goals to guide national and regional action. It offers a comprehensive, forward-looking platform for building resilience across key sectors and fostering sustainable development, grounded in global and regional climate agreements, including the Paris Agreement and the Sustainable Development Goals.
