The Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre (the Centre) has received funds from the Green Climate Fund (GCF) for the purpose of implementing the project “Building Resilience into Trinidad and Tobago’s Health Sector” and hereby invites firms to submit proposals to provide services for the contract titled “Recruitment of Consultancy Firm to undertake Needs, Vulnerability and Smart Healthcare Systems Assessments for Trinidad and Tobago”, Contract#40/2021/ GCF/T&T/CCCCC.

Request for Proposals for Full Proposals for this consultancy will be conducted through the National/Regional Competitive Bidding (N/RCB) procedures and is open to all qualified Consulting Firms. Firms will be selected under the Quality-Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method and procedures described in this RFP.
