The CWSA is inviting a consultant to submit tenders for a consultancy to perform the design of Intake and Outlet structures for a SWRO desalination plant on the island of Bequia, under the Bequia Sustainable Water Supply Project. The submission should be guided by the Terms of Reference contained herein.
Complete proposals must be placed in an inner and an outer sealed envelope both addressed to
the General Manager clearly marked “CONSULTANCY FOR DESIGN OF INTAKE AND OUTLET
STRUCTURES, BEQUIA”. Emailed offers will be accepted if they are password protected, to
cwsaadmin@cwsasvg.com . Password to be provided on request at the time of bid opening.
The deadline for submissions is July 10, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.
