Overview
On October 17, 2023, the CCCCC received a complaint alleging nonpayment for consultation workshops held in support of project implementation on 26th and 27th of September 2023. Case was investigated and it was determined vendor payment was outstanding due to missing documentation required for approval of the payment package. The payment was subsequently processed on October 30, 2023, and the complaint was resolved.
